Frequently asked questions

Where are your cabinets and closets manufactured?

Our products are manufactured 100% in-house at our facility in St George, Utah.

Do you do projects outside of Southern and Central Utah?

Yes. We work with builders and homeowners throughout Utah. We also build and ship our products throughout the Western US.

Why do you build with engineered surfaces instead of wood veneer or paint?

Because after more than four decades of building cabinetry, we've found a better way. We build exclusively with high-performance engineered surfaces (known in the industry as TFL and HPL), the same materials found in many of the finest European kitchens and closets. We chose them for how they look and for how they hold up to real life.

Here's what that means for your home:

  • No peeling, chipping, or yellowing. Painted finishes can crack at the joints and wear at the edges over time. Our finishes are fused or bonded to the panel, so the color and texture you choose on day one is what you'll see for years to come.
  • Consistent color in every room. Natural wood and paint can vary from batch to batch and change as they age. Our finishes stay consistent from the kitchen to the baths to the closets.
  • Easy to live with. Wipe-clean, scratch-resistant, and UV-resistant, so everyday spills, scuffs, and sunlight are no cause for worry.
  • Stable in a desert climate. Solid wood expands, shrinks, and can crack as humidity swings, and dry heat makes that worse. Engineered panels are far more dimensionally stable, so doors and panels stay flat and true.
  • Sealed edges, built to last. We apply edgebanding with PUR adhesive, which forms a permanent, moisture-resistant seal at every edge, a step above the standard hot-melt adhesives many shops use. For wet areas, we also offer panels with water-resistant cores.
  • Beautiful options. Choose from ultra-modern acrylics, super-matte finishes with the smooth look of paint, richly textured woodgrains that look and feel like real wood, soft solids, and durable builder-grade finishes.
  • Responsibly made. Our panels are produced from sustainable, locally and globally sourced materials that make efficient use of wood resources.

Love the look of wood? Many clients who ask for wood really want the look of walnut or white oak, and our textured woodgrains deliver it without the upkeep. Visit our showroom to see and touch the finishes in person. Most clients are surprised by how much they prefer them.
